Interfaith Council for the Homeless utilizes a Housing First model of care through four projects throughout Chicago. All of these programs offer much needed services to homeless women and children. Our work is a proven system to solve homelessness. Sanctuary Place, Shelter Graudates, lnterfaith Homes and our newest project site Casa Kirk are set to offer permanent housing to homeless families in order to get them back on their feet and out of homelessness for good.
Together, we can break the cycle of homelessness.
